Welcome to Praa Collection! We ship our products both domestically within India and worldwide to our international customers. Please read our shipping policy below to understand processing times, delivery timelines, and charges.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are verified, processed, and dispatched within 1-3  business days after receiving your order confirmation.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

2. Shipping to India (Domestic)
Delivery Time: It usually takes 7-12 business days for the package to reach your doorstep after it is dispatched.
Shipping Charges : Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination country.

3. International Shipping (Worldwide)
Delivery Time: For international orders  delivery typically takes. 15-30 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Shipping Charges: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination country.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient/buyer. We have no control over these charges.

4. Tracking Your Order
No matter where you are located, all orders come with a tracking number. You will be able to track your journey from our supplier's warehouse directly to your delivery address.

5. Delayed Delivery Disclaimer
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs delays in the destination country, or unforeseen global events (like weather or port strikes).
